Conception Vessel (CV)These great channels trace the central axis of the body, linking the yin and yang within us. This class blends breath, intention, and long-held yin shapes to nourish the nervous system and restore harmony between active and receptive energies.

Yin Tonics ™
YIN TONICS ™ were created by Me for You to offer an embodied, QI filled, holistic experience. From our Qi Gong warm up (which will remain the same throughout) to each individual sip of Tonic addressing all vital organ pairs according to five element theory in TCM, journeying on through the fascia and joints with the longer held Yin Yoga Shapes (which will make up the bulk of your class) we end each Tonic with a short guided bespoke meditation paired with the theme of that particular Tonic.
You can take these as an individual sip choosing any Tonic in any order, or the whole bottle of medicine in sequential order as presented here, beginning with Lung Tonic and working through Kidneys, Liver, Heart and finishing with Spleen at the centre of the cycle ready to begin again.
