YIN MASTERCLASS

Join Mel for her signature yin masterclass blending yin yoga, MFR techniques, acupressure & meditation into a two hour bliss bath to end your week.

Autumn themes of release and the organs of Lung/Lg Intestine is what we will be exploring and balancing.

BYO bolster if you have one, eye pillow and anything else that gives you comfort and meaningfulness in a yin class.
