Yin with Mel is a chance to be yourself, feel safe just as you are and in a gentle, yet powerful way unravel any trauma, experiences or disrupted qi. Yin Yoga is for everyone. Men, women, athletes, sports enthusiasts, desk jockeys, couch surfers, pregnant goddesses and anybody who HAS a body. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Mel provides a loving space for you to feel supported, relaxed and to nourish yourself.
