Expect energizing but thoughtful Forrest ‘yang’ yoga with a senior teacher, Aoife Kane in the mornings, and deeply replenishing yin yoga practices with senior yin teacher, Mel McLaughlin in the evenings. During the week there will be ceremony and every day there will be forms of meditation and breath work to explore and expand your experience of yourself and your practice. This is a retreat to take time away from your normal day to day and immerse yourself in a place where everything is taken care of including you!
Your yoga teachers have over 30 years of experience between them and everything has been thought through so all you have to do is simply turn up with a willingness to be there, participate and allow yourself to nourished, leaving with a sense of feeling content and at peace inside.
There will be morning hikes and walks and of course the sauna and hot tub to keep us toasty and warm. With the most incredible food to support your journey, Aoife and Mel have a magical week planned that they would love you to be a part of.
